Restoration of the Illinois Centennial Monument

Restoration of the Illinois Centennial Monument

The Colonnade dedicated in 1918 to commemorate Illinois’ Centennial celebration and the contributions of 400 of Ottawa’s early settlers. Restoration on the main section is finished, but now work will be completed to recreate the original waist-high wings on each side of the monument.
