The Academy of Lifelong Learning at Lincoln Land Community College has partnered with the Illinois State Museum and Illinois Humanities to offer an Illinois Bicentennial Speaker Series with seminars taking place at the Illinois State Museum on the third Sunday of each month from February – October 2018. Our kick-off speaker is Dr. Samuel Wheeler who will present, “Two Centuries to Celebrate: Illinois in the Bicentennial” on Sunday, February 18. This event, as well as all the rest of our series, is free and open to the public.
