Monroe Actors Stage Company, also known as MASC, will produce and present the musical THE FLOOD on September 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29 and 30, 2018 at the historic Capitol Theater in Waterloo, Illinois. Written and composed by Cara Reichel and Peter Mills, THE FLOOD tells the story of the fictional town of Meyerville during a massive Mississippi River flood. The story is based on the true events surrounding the village of Valmeyer, Illinois during the flood of 1993. The musical is open to the public and will be produced, directed and acted by volunteers of MASC.

Cost of Admission: $14 general admission; 12 seniors and students
