Saturday, November 17, 2018 - Sunday, November 25, 2018

Orr Building, Illinois State Fairgrounds, 801 E. Sangamon Avenue, Springfield, Illinois

10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Memorial’s Festival of Trees is an annual event that raises money for health-related projects and programs at Memorial Health System and in the Springfield community. Since 1989, the Festival has raised more than $4.9 million dollars and with annual attendance of nearly 35,000 people, it has become one of the most popular family-oriented holiday traditions in central Illinois.

Each year, the Festival adopts a holiday theme and hundreds of talented designers transform the Orr Building on the Illinois State Fairgrounds into a winter wonderland of ornate trees, wreaths and displays. This year’s theme is “Holidays Through Our History – Celebrating Illinois’ Bicentennial.”

The nine-day event is a holiday tradition and features more than 300 designed items; a centerpiece and gingerbread structure silent auction; an elaborate hand-crafted Gingerbread Village; the Candy Cane Express Train; the Little Elves’ Workshop craft area; Snapshots with Santa; a boutique full of unique gift items; hand-decorated gingerbread cookies; and entertainment featuring dozens of musical performances.

Cost of Admission: $Admission is 5 for adults and 3 for children ages 3-12. Children 2 and under are free. On Senior Day, Tuesday, Nov. 20, admission is 3 for adults 55 years old and older.
