What

Korean ethnic pop group RA:AK and the world Breakdaincing champion Jinjo Crew present “The Rhythm of Korea.”
RA:AK present progressive traditionalism and diversity through music as they maintain traditional Korean rhythm and musical sensibilities while interpreting them creatively with Western and Latin musical instruments along with traditional Korean instruments.
Jinjo Crew is a legendary B-boy group with an impressive list of accomplishments and championship titles, including Battle of the Year, a.k.a. the World Cup of B-boying.
This event is co-hosted by the Korea Foundation, the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea, and the Pureland Foundation in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Chicago and the Illinois Bicentennial.
