The Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) will celebrate our diversity and shared American heritage in the Quad City of Rock Island, IL by honoring those individuals and organizations who have contributed to America’s greatness in the educational, economic, social and cultural sectors, as well as those organizations who address the concerns of immigrants.
